Modern Office & Leisure Centre

Five Pancras square is one of the greenest buildings in London and is the first of its kind to be awarded a BREEAM Outstanding rating. The 13-storey development combines four levels of office space, two swimming pools, a library, café and gym, with ten floors of council offices and has already won six awards from Professional Associations in the UK.

The Gyptone line 6 gave a uniformed aesthetic throughout the building as well as offering significant acoustic performance. High levels of sound absorption were required to create a comfortable environment that features large open spaces and other reflective surfaces. Gyptone line 6 enabled the designer to achieve the acoustic performances whilst maintaining a high quality of finish and keeping the desired aesthetic.

Gyptone BIG Line 6

Gyptone BIG Line 6 is a perforated plasterboard with rectangular perforation that, together with acoustic backing tissue, provides good acoustic properties. The boards are made with tapered edges on all sides.
