Rigitone BIG™ 

The product range for Rigitone BIG comprises six standard patterns with round
holes (Point) and two patterns with square holes (Quattro). The perforations are comprised of different hole patterns which each have their own expression and
thereby can be a signifi cant element in design. The boards are supplied in
different sizes adjusted according to the individual patterns. The boards are made with square edges, edge A1.

The big format makes it possible to create large perforated ceiling surfaces without visible joints, also in combination with normal standard Gyproc GN 13 plasterboards. The round or square holes are the only thing that breaks the uniformity of the ceiling surface. During planning it must be noted that expansion joints must be made for every 10 x 10 metre section.

The boards have perforations which together with the acoustic backing tissue
give good acoustic properties.
