3.1 Product key
The product key for edges and fixing systems gives a complete overview of the fixing systems which suit Gyptone tile products. The key also contains an overview of which construction heights can be used for each fixing system.

3.2.1 Edge A
Gyptone tiles with edge A can be fixed in a visible grid - T-15 or T-24. The grid is suspended with for e.g. adjustable wires.

3.2.2 Edge E15
Gyptone tiles edge E15, with recessed edges, are fixed in a narrow T-15 grid. The grid is suspended with for e.g. adjustable wires.

3.2.3 Edge E15/A
Gyptone Plank with recessed long edges, edge E15, is fixed in an exposed reinforced T-15 grid.

3.2.4 Trap fixing system
The Trap fixing system consists of several components which can be combined in different ways so that the system can be tailor-made to suit each project.

3.3.1 Edge D1
Gyptone tiles with edge D1 have fixing profiles glued on the back and are fixed in concealed grids.

3.3.2 Edge A1
Rigitone boards with edge A1 are fixed on concealed suspended GK grids in 2 levels. The boards are glued and filled in the joints.

3.3.3 Edge B
Gyptone tiles with bevelled edges, edge type B, are screwed to steel sections. Fixing to steel sections can be done either directly or via hangers.

3.3.4 Edge B1 and B1 Bend
Gyptone BIG-boards edge type B1 with recessed edges on all four sides are screwed to steel battens. Timber battens are used directly under the existing construction.
